Finance Manager
Oversee preparation of accurate management reports for local and offshore teams. Manage large datasets to fulfil monthly group reporting requirements. Lead the development and updates of financial budgets and forecasts. Independently resolve finance-related issues in collaboration with the parent company. Delivery of monthly and annual financial accounts, consolidations, and reconciliations. Responsible for annual statutory financial statements. Manage local and international tax reporting and payment obligations. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within the finance and operations team. Provide ad hoc financial, commercial, and strategic support to the senior leadership team.

Job Requirements
About You:
Ideally, you will have a background in project management accounting (not essential), financial analysis, and reporting. Your background should include expertise in data interrogation, WIP review, gross margin reporting, and group consolidation.
Key Skills And Requirements Include
- CA or CPA (or equivalent experience).
- Strong background in finance, accounting, and business partnering.
- Experience with systems implementations and business process enhancements.
- 10+ years of work experience in accounting-based roles.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to streamline processes and systems.
